Help Video Chat - Front Facing Camera Issue

Hello, I have a friend with a Samsung Fascinate and we're trying to do video chat with my HTC Evo3D. We tried QIK but her Fascinate wont seem to use her Front Facing camera for the video chat. Does anyone have any ideas? Or a different Application to use to do so?

no front facing camera on the fascinate...those little areas that look like a camera are actually sensors detecting light and proximity to your face.
