Hello everyone. I hope you can help me with my problem. When I watch videos on my MemoPad 10 (ME103K), sometimes, the video freezes for 1-2 seconds and the audio glitches and makes a loud buzzing sound. It only lasts that long but since I use earphones, it's really unpleasant. Already tried multiple multimedia apps and audio settings but the problem persists. Is it hardware related or a firmware bug? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
