Help Video Importing

Videos only play sound on WMP after importing. They play both audio and sound on quick time and VLN but are choppy and freeze. Since videos won't play correctly on three separate players I'm thinking there is a issue with importing. I've noticed that since I got the S5 (S4 and S3 worked great) that videos won't automatically import. I have to connect to the phone and copy them. Tried two different PC's
I'm about to toss this S5 off a cliff!!!!!

I also only get audio when trying to play the videos on my PC directly from the phone. In other words I access the video file when I have my phone plugged in to a PC. Same issue on both of my PC's

Found the solution (of sorts) myself. I was using UHD and my computer is about 4 yrs old and lacks the ability to play such files. Switched to HD and then to Full HD and both videos played back. Took a UHD one and same issue as stated in this post. Looks like I'll either have to:

Buy newer/better PC's
Get some sort of converting software so I can retain the UHD original video but play in regular HD on a PC
Upgrade PC's video card or whatever can't handle UHD

The part that I find interesting is my S5 can play the UHD video fine and yet both of my PC's that are only 4 yrs old won't even make it a few seconds before chopping up. Hell, the HP player causes the computer to blue screen and shut off!
