Around the time of the new update a week or so ago when I click on the play button to play videos my phone just sits there at the beginning of a video and never plays it. If I restart my phone videos work for a couple hours but then start doing the same thing again. Anyone else seeing this issue??

phone is s5 active through at&t
 
It was the new Samsung update that was released a week or so ago. But no I'm not very good with phone stuff so the best I know how to do is just turn it off and turn it back on lol.
 
Well, I don't have an s5, so I don't know whether this was a minor update or a major update.
I'm sure someone here with an s5 can tell you how to to a cache clear, or whether a full factory reset is in order.
