Everytime I try to send a video message to another phone, like my mothers iphone, i keep getting the error message saying that the video is too big, even though the videos are only like 10sec long...anyway to fix?

Do you have the video set to mms quality?
While in the camcorder mode tap menu-video quality change to mms and then you should be able to send a video up to 30 secs I believe
If i want to send a higher quality I just email it or post to fb
