Help Video never in sync

Okay so no mater what I do I can never get the video in sync with the audio on this phone, no custom rom fixes this. I was wondering if this if a phone issue or if there is an app than can fix this problem. Please let me know cuz this is irritating as hell!

Video's must be converted to the phones graphical spec. Convert them using VIDEOra

ok maybe i wasnt clear, what i meant was when i record a video using the stock video recorded, its never in sync w/ the video. I was look for a fix for this.
