I screenrecorded a gameplay in landscape mode on my MOTO G3 (2015) with resolution set to 1280*720 and saved it in mp4 format on my SD card. It is 761MB with a duration around 26 minutes. But When I tried to open it, an error message is diplaying saying that the file format was not supported. When I checked the properties, the format is mp4 but height width and resolution are shown as unknown. I tried moving to PC and open. It was copied successfully but didn't open. How can I open the video?

Have you been able to play previous screen recordings made by that app?

Try installing VLC Player, it can play just about every video format.
Yeah I am able to play all previous videos and this was the first time such thing happened. I tried playing it on VLC on my PC. But of no use.

I'd guess there was an error in the recording or the video file is corrupted.

You could use a video editing program, it might be able to read part of the file.

yeah. You are correct. A dialogue box was displayed when I opened the video saying that the video was corrupted. Can you suggest me some softwares or apps to fix the issue?
