No. You don't use an hdmi cable to input data into your computer. Your charge should've come with a usb cable. It may be in the form of an ac adapter aka your battery charger.
And don't worry about camera wizards. Look for the removable drive on your computer (your charge) and click through it. You'll want to "mount as usb drive" once plugging in and when that happens a popup should display on screen asking what you want to do.
If it doesn't and you're on a windows pc, press the windows button, click the "computer" folder and it should be listed as a removable drive right there
