Help Video on websites not working after last upgrade

I have two xoom devices and both now have a problem since being on Android versio 4.0.4 with video posting sites. YouTube works but other sites don't. There is a just a "lego" looking box with a "?" in it where the video should be. native browser and dolphin hd both have this problem.

I am new to the forum and this has probably been answered before. I am not technical but just want my device to work again

Any good help would be appreciated.

I got it fixed. Not sure why I didn't think about this sooner. I just uninstalled flash and reloaded the 11 version available in the google market. everything works now.
