My pop ups aren't square, like I have seen through YouTube and screen shots :/ they're more like a small widescreen probably .5x2-3 inches may anyone help me?

U can change the size by pinching to zoom with 2 fingers like you would with a photo .
Make sure your fingers are on the pop out video.

The pop up is simply a multiplication of the movies resolution and movies rarely come in square
