Video stop playing after a few seconds

Hello,

I just purchased a Samsung 10.1 tablet. Everything seems to work fine except for the video. When I download a video it will go through the buffering process and then play for appx 3 seconds. The image still displays in a "frozen" state. If I try and hit play again it will buffer for several seconds and then say "request failed" or something very close to that.

This is not an issue with my laptop using the same network. That works fine.

Additionally, I tried to download VPlayer to see if that would help. I tried to install twice but could not get it to work. It gave me a "downloading" message after I clicked install, but the install never completes.

Any help would be appreciated.

Anyhow, let me try and help here, try rebooting the device first to see what happens, if that fails i would suggest a factory reset, if that fails it could be a hardware issue.
