I had well over 350 pictures ands videos. I went to the carriers store, the person who assisted me transfered my gallery to my laptop. My problem is al the Videos are showing up as Adobe PDF. when I click on it to open it I get a message stating Adobe Reader could not open 'xxx.x gp' because it is not supported file type or the file has been damaged or corrupt. it also loaded copies of photos 3 or 4 times totalling over 600 pictures . can someone help me with the videos i have a Pantech burst phone
