Try searching YouTube for "Performing the Wire Trick" i doubt you'll find an entire video on performing S-OFF since it can be a long process

here it is for the most part, somethings are wrong like the gingerbread stuff, but atleast u see the correct wire methed, and even the right holes

To do s-off says I need to be on stock Rom..
Do I have to be on the stock out the box Rom of evo v or
Jmz rooted stock Rom ????

I'm currently using jmz odex stock rom.

If I'm not mistaken that is the stock rom. So it'll be fine.
