video wallpaper app

is there a app for making live wallpapers? I did download one but it was too confusing to use.

There is no app to make them, you need to create them. I believe you need to use the Google SDK, but I'm not 100% positive on that.

Try Video Live Wallpaper. It is made by C.C.P Cre@ions. Download from the market then, select a video to use as a wallpaper. Works perfectly on HTC Desire HD.
