Help Videos posting upsidedown

I tried to search but couldnt find anything, I recorded some videos last night at Mayhem Fest and whenever i upload them they are upside down. On the phone they show up fine but when i upload via facebook or youtube they are upside down....anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

For some reason I got the same problem. Only some videos and some pictures are fine and some are posted upsidedown.

I seem to get the same problem when I go the other way. I've downloaded videos from my old phone (HTC Desire HD) to my PC and everything plays correctly, but when I go from my PC to my S3, the video rotates and plays upside down on the S3.

Anyone any ideas as to why and how to fix?
