Help videos taken on phone cut out

I am able to take videos on my phone with no issue, but when i play them, after about 20 seconds the video stops and i get the error "unable to play video". This happens with every video i take. Any help would be appreciated!

Could be a memory issue, or a broken player issue. To really know for sure a wipe and reset to default would be the best way to test. A clean phone, upload or record 1 video and test.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Wipe and default will erase everything on your phone, be sure to back up everything first!
