Help Videos

My Android phone won't let me watch any of my videos. This just started today. When I try to watch a video I have on my phone it say that I can't watch it. I have already tried turning my phone off and on and it still doesn't work. I don't know what to do. Help?

Are you streaming videos or are they on your device/sd memory?
What media player are you using?
Which device do you have and carrier?
I know, alot of questions, but just trying to narrow some stuff down

They are on my device. I'm not sure what the name of the media player is but its the default one on the phone. And I have a moto g Android version 5.1.1 and my carrier us cellular.

What is the error message you are getting? You were able to view them previously, then for some reason, you cannot correct?

It just says sorry this video can not be played. And correct.

Hmmm, trying to think of another idea, but I don't play videos on my device.

How about another media player such as MX Player ?

Perhaps someone else can chime in with some other ideas

Clear cache in the video player app. Reboot your phone and try again.

If not, then try MX Player as suggested by Mikestony

+1 for MX Player, it can play a wide range of media file types (and codecs) and the interface is quite user-friendly.
