viewing a web page stored on the sd card

is it possible to view and create a shortcut to a web page that is stored on the sd card? this is on a Desire.

If you use Dolphin browser HD you can get an add on for it to screen shot a webpage. It takes a screen shot of the entire page and stores it on your SD card.

i do have a web page strored on the sd card, i just cant find a way to either view it or create a shortcut on one of my home pages.
