Viewing videos ????

ok guys im real new to the smart phones and for some reason i am having a hard time viewing video ( youtube, racerx.com and transworldmotocross.com vids. ) .....when i "click" play on youtube a small window comes up and says that it is unable to play video. and same for the other sites i want to view.
what am i doing wrong ?????????????????????/

i like the phone other wise but this one of the reasons why i got this thing

YouTube app does not work. However you can watch youtube from the default browser.
I am not sure about videos from other websites you listed
