Help Vine app

So Vine released for Android a few days ago, I got it as soon as I read it was out. At that time I was on Angry Bean Rom, it worked how it should from what I saw. Then after Angry Bean completely destroying my EVOs life, I switched to Unlocked Potential (no matter what i always end up switching back to this rom ). Anyways, after I reinstalled Vine, I tried to record a video, then it told me that "video recording is not yet available for my device". How can that be? I just finished recording a few vines just a day ago. So I was wondering if anyone else encountered this problem? I assume that by changing build.prop I can get it working again.

Yeah I'm on Mobster Rom HD and having the same issues. Even hangouts force closes after I reboot the phone.

Well, I only changed 2 lines and it didn't work.
I fully copied AngryBeans build.prop and it was a huge mistake lol.

That's ludicrous, why would Sprint care about a 2 year old phone that's not even being sold anymore? Anyhow, switched back to the stock rom and the app functions perfectly.

Hmm good to know, though I really like the audio stuff in UP :/. Ill try it though.
