Hello,

I want to write an android program that connect to the Voip Accounting server, and after customer's verification, customer will be able to enter his/her phone number, after that communication is established. they talk to each other exactly as like as old phone communication.

Help in programming
Please help me, what should I do.

First, contact the VoIP service (Vonage, Skype, etc.) because those are the services you'll be interacting with, and you can't unless they allow you to. (VoIP isn't a single server, it's a protocol used by hundreds of companies, each with its own servers.)

Voip provider is local, and there is no problem for accessing the server.
