Flashlight works great for me. It is one of my most used toggles.

Could there be something else causing his flash to come on. My suggestion would be for kwknott to remove it from his active toggles and see if the led still mysteriously turns on.

I did actually remove it and it seems it was my fault. Must have been when I put phone in case or took it out. I didn't figure it was the rom but just wanted to ask.

Looking forward to the next release moon.. I also hate the toggle ribbon and prefer the panel. Good Work

Nice work, Moonknightus. Your ROM runs great.

We appreciate you sharing it with the Boost section too.

EDIT:

To the guys talking about Comadose. I just visited Goddly's thread and he's having some trouble with the 4.4 ROMs.

Bilgerryan has came up with a few script changes to fix some issues. Just make sure you read the thread so you can get them added to the init.d folder.

To the guy wondering what broke your Tether. There's a good chance Comadose did if you flashed it. Read the last few pages in the Comadose thread and you'll find the info for the hotspot fix.

I've got Comadose running with the additional scripts and it's working fine.
Also, Xposed Framework works fine with this ROM.
I've got both mods running right now so if anyone is thinking about flashing Comadose and/or installing Xposed Framework, both are working very well with this ROM.

If you need any help with either, send me a PM.

New screenshots in the screenshots section. FAQs have been updated as well. I recommend a full wipe with this release.

Not sure if this is a feature or a bug (sometimes it's hard to tell the difference :) ).

The 3.0 installer automatically installed "deap sea live wallpaper" even though I didn't have it checked to install.

Yeah I know it's pretty sad if that's all I could find to complain about.

Probably a bug either in the aroma config or the install script. I'll take a look and post an updated build when I get the chance. It'll just be a bug fix for the installer though so nothing that you'll have to re download.

EDIT: Just as I thought, a bug in the aroma config. Actually, an alphabetization issue. I correctly alphabetized the entries in the "default" configuration and in the updater-script but didn't properly alphabetize them in the "customize" section. Anyway I'm going to push a corrected ZIP file to my AFH but there will be no version number or build incrementing on this one because there's really nothing changed. This only affects DashClock and Deep Sea live wallpaper when using the "customize" install option. If you've already installed 3.0 and find that you are missing DashClock, it can be installed from the Play Store. You can remove Deep Sea live wallpaper with a root uninstaller (such as ES File Explorer or Titanium Backup).

Toggles aren't visible in pull down.

There are no toggles in the notification panel. Tap the quick settings button in the header to bring up the quick settings panel.

Notification

Again, there are no toggles in the notification panel in release 3.0. Did you even read the changelog?

Anyway, the download will be unavailable while I upload the corrected installer zip. Thanks to bob-st for pointing out the problem with DashClock/Deep Sea LWP.

EDIT: *sigh* TWC so slow... Links will be updated in the morning. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

No sweat bro. That's minor stuff. The LWP can be manually removed and the clock is no biggie.

I'm enjoying the update. I really like the new boot animation too. It adds a nice personal touch to the ROM.

You're doing a great job with this ROM. I'm already spreading the word over in the Boost community and letting them know what's going on and that those guys who like TW with an AOSP twist need to give this ROM a try. A couple of my buddies downloaded it yesterday.

Nice work Moonknightus.

Moonknightus, Since you are probably running out of things to change :) here are a couple of feature requests:

1. In the old Samsung Victory your rom would go to the Notification Panel if you pulled down the left side of the home screen and it would go to the Quick Settings Panel if you pulled down the right side of the home screen. Can this behavior be added to the S3?

2. Can you add a "Reboot to Recovery" option to the Power Off/Reboot screen?

3. Can you remove the Battery Icon from the Home Screen so that just the Battery Percentage remains.

4. And/or change the color of the Battery Percentage Icon when it is charging.

2-4 can be done in wanam xposed using the closed module so you know.

But I would totally appreciate this added in

As far as I can tell, #1 is not technically possible but I'll look into it further. The only reason this was implemented in the old ROM is because I threw out the stock toggles and replaced them with a 3rd-party implementation. I'm trying to stay away from that this time around.

#2 and #3, not gonna happen, sorry. I have no use for them.

Can you clarify #4? I don't think I quite get what you're asking for. Do you want the battery icon colorized or the percentage text colorized?

I believe he wants the battery to change from default colour to a different colour while charging.

On number 1, I have (sometimes) been able to go directly into the Quick Settings Panel by pulling down with two fingers but the behavior isn't consistent.

I was requesting that the battery percent icon color to change while the phone is charging. But it's not a big deal. There are several other ways to verify that the phone is charging.

Thanks for your ROMs. I am still running Conquest on my old Victory in "small" tablet mode. It makes a great Podcast/MP3 player and a golf distance GPS.

I would agree 2-4 can be done with Xposed Installer. I use:

Network Speed indicator
Tinted Status Bar
Wanam Xposed
Youtube Adaway

Seems that if you tap and hold the status bar and then tap another area of it (ie the time/date), it will switch to quick settings. Also, Xposed module Notification Mod will give you the option for the right-side pull down.

There's also a really nice free app on Play called Quick Reboot. It allows you to turn the phone off, reboot, restart, and reboot to recovery. It's a great app I've been using for a few years now.
