Root [Virgin Mobile] Android 5.0 Lollipop Messaging "Messenger" APK

Figured I would post this here after giving it a try for a little while. Stumbled into it yesterday when trying to find the stock android MMS application. This will indeed work perfectly on Android Kitkat 4.4.4, I do not know of other versions it will work on so install at your own risk if it is lower then Kitkat 4.4.4.

It was trying to use the wrong resolution for the picture (apparently nexus will be capable of sending at full resolution). But here is a fixed version, thanks to moonknightus.

It will not install over the original version because he had to sign it with a debug key so if you have the original, uninstall it first!

Yeah I noticed. It will crash in landscape, but just tap the field again it will re open and work fine.

It's on play store now. Slightly different. But the status bar shortcut doesn't work
