Root [Virgin Mobile] any pure stock 4.2.2 roms

Not as yet, because it has not been released yet. The International version should be getting it soon and then the US 4 to 6 months later.
 
Best bet will be a custom "stock" rom or to use your rom of choice. I bet virgin will get it if sprint does, but who knows. Typically virgin phones are towards the end of their life cycle..

The HTC EVO V got two OTA updates. Also, once any dual core version of S3 gets it...we all have it (sorta) from a Custom ROM perspective. Only a few things have to change from one carrier to the next right?

Yep. Its easy to port from Sprint, so just wait for them to get it first. Then we can get it through roms.

You guys might not get an OTA because you know how virgin is. :p
But you'll see when it happens.
