An update [Solution]:
After I looked around the net a bit, seems that people with d2can model's were simply removing the "Assert" lines from the update-script. This worked.
So, go into you updater-script (in 7zip) or another program, right click, select 'edit' remove the first line. Save. Put it on your phone. Install it from Recovery.
I also had to 'Wipe all data'. But after that I am into CyanogenMod 10.2.1
