Root [Virgin Mobile] BEST custom rom to flash?

I'm on the stock rom right now and its been going realllyy slow so I figured I'd try out one of the custom roms.I'm looking for a rom that had all features working and will be faster than the stock one, would be even better if its 4.4. Also if you could link it as well. thanks
 
Back up all your apps and data. Do a factory restore. Reinstall only the apps you actually use. Restore the data for those apps.

You should get your speed back.

One thing that helps every member in here is to do their homework and read through the threads that have been posted. If you take the time to do that, you will probably be able to answer the majority of your questions yourself. When it boils down to it, there are so many ROMS available to us and what one person may like, they other does not. The best thing to do is to make a backup with your recovery and try a one or 2 TouchWiz ROMs. I recommend Wicked Sensations and MOAR. As far as AOSP ROMS such as CM11, Carbon, Liquidsmooth, Beanstalk, etc..... There again, it all boils down to what the user prefers.

Probably the best advice I can give you is to read the installation instructions completely of any ROM you are interested in.

There is a list of tested and working ROMs in this section. I highly advise you to read through it.
