Root [Virgin Mobile] Camera won't connect

Is anyone else having problems with the camera connecting? this seems to happen on 4.4 roms only.
 
4.4.2 does seem to have a lot of problems on the S3. Each handset seems to have its own unique set of problems.
 
I've yet to have a problem with anything on my s3 running 4.4, could just be a Bork in the build version
 
This happens to me when i try to send an MMS and try to rotate the image or something. The camera freezes then says it could not connect. I'm running liquid smooth.
