1st question is I have swapped the prl on the optimus elite which required qpst and a MSL. If its possible that way, how would you get the MSL?
2nd question is i have done it through recovery on a htc evo v 4g, would it be as simple as flashing a prl?
the reason i ask this is after how much work i put into the elite, overall it was a better phone then this at the moment, becasue i did a prl swap and build prop tweaks. this increased the phones reception and 3g and overall has performed better then the victory. the victory i loose signal often and cant connect to 3g or 4g in places i can with my elite.
