Root [Virgin Mobile] Help Installing CM11?

Hey guys,
First time posting
So I have a Virgin Mobile Galaxy S3 (obviously)
It's rooted and has stock rom on it. Also has TWRP.
Now, I want to flash CM11 and get KitKat because I dont want to wait.
I haven't ever done a firmware update, OTA or anything. Didn't want to lose root after the trouble I went through.
So using ODIN, whats the best way to flash CM11?
I saw somewhere that you need a Jellybean Bootloader because the Virgin Mobile variant uses ICS bootloader. Any tips?
Thanks

EDIT: How can I tell if I have KNOX?
Also, Im on 4.1.2, Build JZO54K.L710VPAMD7

You will want to determine what version of the stock ROM you have. If it is android 4.3, you will have Knox. Read the sticky about it. Knox can brick your phone if you try to flash the wrong things.
You can tell for sure if you have Knox by going into download mode and reading the text there, the details are in that sticky.

Once you have done that, read struckn's guide in the stickies. That will tell you how to flash the latest version of philz recovery through your current twrp recovery (no need to use Odin). You'll need that to flash Kit Kat ROMs.

Then use Philz to make a nandroid backup, wipe for a new ROM, wipe dalvik, flash the ROM.zip, gapps, and mopedryder's APN fix.

Struckn's guide is great and will tell you how to do all of that. Read it thoroughly before you do anything.

Many of the ROMs for our phone have moved to a unified build, so all of the instructions about modifying the updater script are unnecessary if you are installing a d2lte ROM. You can skip down to the second post in the thread. If you come across anything in the reading you don't understand, you can ask questions in that thread.
