Root [Virgin Mobile] Help No Data

Well I attempted to root my phone on the 4.3 update. I tried using TheBritton's method but it kept saying that I didn't have any updated binaries and to root manually. I also tried using the knox remover zip w/ the wifi fix. Unfortunately I lost data AND it keeps telling me to insert a sim card. Somehow I reverted to the stock 4.1.2 rom accidentally and still no data. Wiped everything. Can't even flash stock recovery because kies doesn't detect my phone simce I was on the 4.1.2 update.

Flash the stock mk5 zip boot then boot back into recovery flash supers 1.7.5 zip no need to flash knox remover or wifi fix with this rom you might want to flash modem first !!
