I recently rooted my VM Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G. I wanted to restore it to factory settings and accidentally deleted the entire OS. Now, when I turn it on, it's stuck on the blue 'Samsung' logo. The only things I can do when powering the phone on is to either enter Download Mode or Boot Mode. I don't have a recovery. I downloaded a stock recovery, copied it to my SD card and then tried to install it, but it didn't work. My computer doesn't recognize the phone via USB. (It did before I erased everything. I do have the current Samsung USB driver.) Is there anything I can do? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
