Root [Virgin Mobile] Help

So I'm on a stock 4.3 Rom and my phone is asking to update while I'm rooted so if you guys help me what to do and I really don't want to mess up my phone so let me know thanks

If you have a custom recovery and/or are rooted you cannot update your phone. If you want to update. Look in these forums for a stock 4.4 TW ROM :) if you don't want to do the. Simple unroot your phone and go to stock recovery and upgrade manually through OTA or Kies program.
 
so how would i do that and plus would i be able to reroot the phone again? i'm kinda a noob so
