Im trying to Get my phone back to 100% Factory so i can Sell it and get a New phone so i need to know I want to get My phone Reset Back from TWRP I still have the Stock Rom. just Not Recovery. Please Help me

You'll have to find an installable stock recovery and install it. You can't "get back" - TWRP didn't install in its own space and take over for the stock recovery, it replaced it. The stock recovery isn't in the phone any more.
