Boyfriend asked me to root his phone. He has had it for about a year now no problems. He was running 4.3, there is an OTA that he never installed but keeps getting notices. I rooted it made a nandroid backup then flashed cm 10.2. There was a bit of difficulty getting CM to flash. Knox was tripped and I ended up using one from here that was modified. After getting him all set up I noticed his camera didn't work. I know this was a problem with CM but the fixes didn't work. Since it was late I just restored the backup I made of and handed it back saying I would attempt it again next time I was over.
Today he tells me his camera doesn't work. What did I do? And more importantly what DO I do? I thought the backup completely restored everything?
