Root [Virgin Mobile] miui help

I've been messing around with miui, I've managed to get everything working perfect except lte. I've tried the fixes, I've tried manually restoring apn and apn settings xml. I'm out of idea's. It is cm 10.2 based, if anybody has suggestions please let me know and I will test and give you my results. Thank you.

I know MIUI isnt the most popular ROM out there but it would really help out my brother who just switched from an iPhone. I've basically got the same everything but LTE and MMS 3g and ROM running great.
I noticed that after I run the patch for the LTE and MMS (thanks to MopedRyder) the apns under the wireless settings disappear not only that but it'll attempt to connect to LTE but never actually do anything else.

Any help is greatly appreciated and I'm willing to run test if anyone has any ideas.

P.s.I already tried to add the APN manually and they don't save I also tried backing up the APN from my phone and restoring it on his also didn't work
