4. I think i figured it out, I straight downloaded it to my phone, I didnt check for assert lines, Is there any? My computer is on the fritz so I do alot by the phone.

as long as it was infact the d2lte version you shouldnt need to remove any asserts as our device should be on the list now

your phone may have been the issue, i always suggest downloading to pc then putting on SD, i know u said the pcs on the fritz but ive noticed sometimes with a phone itll cut ur download short for some odd reason sometimes even on wifi yet still claim its completed instead of showing failed as it should

If you are downloading to the phone (or computer really for that matter, but especially in this case) you should be checking the MD5 sum to be sure you received a proper download.
