philz touch 6.12.8 d2spr is up...

Also, the "download" link in the Op (Boost thread that is linked in one of our stickies) is outdated...

The XDA thread has not been updated to reflect yet but the updated build is there.

... and yes, I meant to post here first...

Edited for clarity:
We have a link in one of our stickies that points to a Boost thread about philz. I inadvertently posted there first then copied it here... Having trouble finding our reference. Did it get moved or consolidated into the Boost forum?

There was some kind of issue where we had "too many" sticky threads, so certain threads were bumped back down to the main section of the subforum. Some of the stickies in the Boost section are the same ones, just copied over, since they are broad enough to cover both sections. Also, Phil switched to Goo.im recently for hosting his files, so when the sticky thread was first made, the link pointed to his original file host. Thanks for giving us all the heads up about an update to Philz, what a great day with the release of official Carbon and now this, an update to the best recovery out there!

So does anything special need to be done to Philz Recovery to make it compatible with our phones? Or can I just install the LTE version while my hands are in the air, like I just don't care?

The d2spr was replaced by the d2lte. You may flash the new d2lte on top of the older d2spr and be fine. Or if starting without a custom recovery, you can odin the d2lte right from the beginning.
