Virgin Mobile Policy Taking Effect

It seems VM's policy is going to be taking full effect soon; before the policies were only in partial effect(not all of them were active), ex: throttling. It should be active atleast by your next payment month. A interesting one that hit me was, I needed all ten digits to text instead of seven.

i beleive austrie is right . is due to some people are dumb and are ileterate about technology. that makes sense
