Root [Virgin Mobile] Prl update

Did eny body notice a prl up date. When I update my prl it changed to 33030. After the prl update I started to notice 4g a round town and my area is not even on sprints 4g coverage maps.
 
I haven't updated my PRL in a long time and I have the 33030, so it's pretty old.
You could just be getting 4G upgrades to your city and the new PRL just works better for 4G connections.
