Root [Virgin Mobile] Problem With Programming/Activating Phone After Rom Flash

I recently bought a Virgin Mobile Galaxy S3 and I rooted and installed Slimkat on the phone, but did not activate any mobile plans on it until today.
This morning, I activated my Virgin Mobile plan, but I can't receive/send any calls/texts. I confirmed that it was an activation problem and called Virgin Mobile. They gave me a activation number to use on the call dial pad, but that number only happens to work on the stock Virgin Mobile rom that I backed up, but lost due to a hard drive failing on me. Is there any way to program/activate the phone without using the Virgin Mobile activation number?

You can activate new phones online. You have to go to virginmobileusa.com. On the top right of the page, there's an option the says Activate. Click on that and pretty much go from there. If you're a new customer, follow those instructions. If you're swapping phones, follow those instructions. It'll ask you to type in your MEID number. How to find that, take out your battery and look on the back of the phone. It's an 18 digit number that's separated in groups of 3. That's the number you want to type in. Hope it works out.

After, you can probably try this to fix.

I spent a few hours downloading various stock ROMs and generally fiddling with my S3 until I got mobile data and voice/texts to work again. Below is what I did to get my phone registered with Virgin Mobile's network after numerous failed attempts.

1. Downloaded and flashed this through ODIN.
2. Downloaded and flashed this(Deodexed) through custom recovery.
3. Waited for stock ROM to automatically activate mobile data and voice/text on home screen and tested that everything was working properly.
4. Downloaded and flashed custom rom again.
5. Downloaded and flashed this through recovery.

Now everything works fine and I have my custom ROM running. Thank vargaset for the link.
