Help Virgin Mobile Problems

VM must be out... Tried to buy a card online and didnt work.. Went to Walmart to buy a card and it wouldnt take there either.

Okay, Well I figured out the issue online. My address wasnt matching my card for whatever reason..

Had to fix that...

Who knows what was up with Walmart trying to activate the card and failing..

Now that my phone is reactivated.. My phone can make calls and use 3g and send messages.. But now I am not receiving any. Even if I send one to myself, Its not working.

Rebooting my phone doesnt fix anything.

Using MobsterRom currently, Like always. Never had problems before.

Any ideas?
 
If they just re provisioned the phone it can take a couple of hours for it to make it through the system, hopefully that's all it is. :D

Hmm. I tried to send a message to my google voice number. The phone says it went through, But didnt get anything on google. Weird.

It must not be sending either, Even though it says it is. :confused:
 
The reprovisioning can take anywhere between 4-12 hours. Or longer.

When I got my Victory, it took them nearly a DAY to get everything situated. (Account upgrade issues. You'll see if you get a 4G phone ;))

Just give it time, and be patient. Then suddenly, your phone will be flooded. Then you'll feel popular! :D
 
This is a 4g phone.. Isnt it? Do you mean LTE maybe?

Well, I finally got the text message from Virgin mobile, and texting is working again. Woooo!
 
4G WiMax vs 4G LTE are different, but yes. It is technically 4G. ;)

And see? All is well now!
