Root [Virgin Mobile] Question about switching between NDC and ND8

I'm currently on the NDC bootloader and modem with the knox flag tripped. I wanted to try the ND8 modem to see if i got better reception in certain locations. If i put the ND8 bootloader and modem on my phone, will that brick it? I know it would brick if I tried to downgrade my firmware but am unclear if it's ok to switch between NDC and ND8. Thanks for the help.
 
Thanks, I thought I had read through that thread but clearly I missed that part. Everything worked out fine when I flashed over with Odin. Now to see if ND8 has different characteristics when I'm testing it tonight.

Well at least I helped out a few people, btw at the time I didn't know he "put that out a couple days ago" still cant find it, must be trolling me, well at least I know lol
