I am a requesting a Virgin Mobile backup for my Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE.

Android Version: 4.0.4
Baseband Version: L300VPLH1

I am trying to update my phone, but OTA updates are not working as it says that I am currently up to date when I know I'm not. If anyone could please help me that would be appreciated.

A backup will not update you. You need a system update zip or ota. Lh1 to ma8 to mc1 to mg5 to nd4 are all the updates. I don't know where to get Lh1 to ma8, but here is ma8 up to mg5 http://androidforums.com/showthread.php?p=6308240 .
