Virgin Mobile return policy?

I have a HTC ONE V that has been giving me trouble(Virgin more so than the phone) and i want to return it.

The return policy is 30 days right?

and how long does it take for them to refund my cash?


(I may also exchange but i am curious to know how their refund/exchange policy works?)

they will not do a cash refund except under rare circumstances. usually requires an fcc complaint/resolution process. but the 30 day warranty will cover a replacement of the device if it is defective. also they honor the one year manufacturer warranty if it is defect of the device. anything else they will not replace the device unless you purchase the replacement or unless you have signed up for phone insurance. sounds like to me you are ok and within the 30 day period. if the device is giving you problems i would call in and ask for a replacement.
