Root [Virgin Mobile] Running Apps

I have a ton of apps that are running all the time which I really don't care about (at least I don't think I do).

S Suggest
Wallet
YouTube
S Voice
Media Hub
Music Hub
Samsung Link

Are any of these required for normal operations? I have gone through and deleted some of the apk in /system/apps but I can't figure out which apks these ones reside in.

Alternatively, is there a way to not allow some apps to be running all the time in the background? Yes, I could go in and clean it up every day but was wondering about something more automatic.

The best and safest way I have found when dealing with system apps is to freeze them via Titanium Backup.
