I woke up this morning to find the Mk5 update on my phone. So I keep canceling it out I went into root explorer and found it in system cache folder. If I delete it will I still keep getting the message to install it ?

Try it. It may end up getting downloaded again. If it does try removing all the permissions for the file. Then it should just sit there.

It will likely redownload it at some point. Its usually not right away, but the next time it checks for updates it may start the process over

Or you can use the flashable mk5 zip an have update with out the bootloader but you will need to flash supersu 1.7.5 zip !!!
