Root [Virgin Mobile] Sound through speaker with headphones plugged in (Solved)

So there I was listening to my headphones and suddenly I get a text message and everyone around me stares at me like I just whistled at them! It's my phone playing my notification through the external speaker! What lame sauce is that?

I'm sure a lot of you have experienced this at some point. Well, in case you didn't know, there is a solution.
Get the app "Sound About" in Google Play. Just un-check the "Notification to speaker" option.


Now out of curiosity, does anyone know why if I type "Sound About" without the space in between it comes out as "**********"? lol

I got this app and unchecked the notification to speaker option, but it didn't work on my LG Optimus M Plus. I tried the wired headphones option under phone call audio, however, and IT WORKS!! I hope I don't have to buy the Pro version to keep it like that :/
