I figured for ideal purposes Id make a thread for screenshots I've tried a couple different things from Rizzos ports from other Roms including & others muiu keyboard Beats Audio beats causes us to boot Xclear audio works fine Sony Xperia launcher works, with gallery and walkman LBE English translation ports from xposed installer permission management works Along with muiu Superuser
like I said this is mainly for ideas of what can be doneand the show up for screenshots of our phone

ummm screenshots are taken by presing both the vol+ vol- button at the same time i think.

I used minimal themes & framework alterations stock lock screen dialers of cryogen under ROM Toolbox pro & went for stock ICS look for performance boost

Screenies are taken by holding power and volume down on most phones with ICS and up.

Gotta kinda be willing to risk bootloop , I've tried hard to figure out MCC proxy APN type settings to make text secure work but in order to do it I loose 4g LTE I've tried a lot of random things

Got my Boot up time to around 45 seconds by disabling some non essential startups ' seems every app you install wants too run right away at boot instead of wait for you to launch it , I believe it increases performance & saves data this way + ram isn't overloaded this way either that also bogs us down

I found to be rooted anymore you need exposed frameworks because some non root apps are looking for rooted phones & Crashing on ive personally been rateing on playstore 1 star if a non root app looks for root just too crash because your rooted Pandora radio is one, facebook is another their is several

pandora and facebook both work fine for me and my phone is rooted.

Thanks for the heads up. I run pandora for several hours everyday . So far so good. But if i start to have issues this is the first thing i will do!

Just for the heck of it ( don't try this unless happy with restoring a backup)

I installed Slimbeans full Inverted Gapps for our android device version 4.1.2 came with its own launcher nice setup feeling removed stock launcher now its a nice feel but I am not a Dev but saying it works including the modified DPI play store there are flaws with me not being a Dev not being able to fix things that where connected to the stock launcher like home screen settings force closes but if that icon or option was removed wouldn't notice a force close

What screen capture apps work on Google Nexus 7 ?
I am having problems getting Screenshot pro to work,
and the power+volume does not work either.
My android is out-of-the-box and not rooted.

Try screenshotit from play store there's also screen cast does video recording of the screen I haven't tried the screen captures method on it though but ya should ask nexus users not F3 Users also the F-droid open source repo store has a few screenshot apps free


The above was for rooted but screenshotit, from play store does have a non root method

Or you can just press the power button and volume down at the same time and it should take a screenshot.
