The easiest way is to use your Root File Manager (I use ES) to copy the needed images and paste them to the external_SD. Then with usb connection, move them to your PC. The path to the image files on your device is "/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/".

[Edit] You will need to add the file extension ".img" to the file name after you move them to your PC. Linux does not need extensions to recognize files like Windows does.
