Root [Virgin Mobile/Sprint] MyBackup Pro vs. Titanium Backup for F3

I'm considering rooting this phone. Just got it in the mail earlier today from amazon, but haven't even turned it on yet as I just arrived home from work.

As the title states, I'm wondering which app suits most F3 users best, particularly those that are rooted using the v6 update. I also read in several threads that Titanium has issues with phones that run on androidguy1991's sdcard swap script. (Please correct me if I'm wrong about this, thanks.) If I do root, I plan on using at least Link2SD to help with internal storage space. I'll use that the same way I use it on a Kyocera Event, linking some to /sd-ext, leaving a tiny bit in internal and the rest to /sdcard.

I have already made TB and MyBackup backups from the Event, so I can reinstall apps I'm already using there to the F3. In the meantime, I'll test the phone as a WiFi device with a spare 2GB card, so I can load a few video and audio files. Maybe one game too, like Raging Thunder 2 to test 3d. I'll probably get a new 32GB card tomorrow or Saturday from the Shack. That's when I'll activate the phone, and relegate the Event to backup status along with my older V.
